Proposals for Abstracts / Awards will be received by the organization based on the following

REQUIREMENTS:

• Abstracts should be originals and unpublished
• All abstracts/awards should be written in Spanish or English
• When submitting, at least one of the authors must be registered in the Seminar
• The maximum number of authors will be 3 for each abstract
• The authors are responsible for the accuracy of the information supplied

REGULATIONS FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE ABSTRACTS/AWARDS

All those interested in submitting their work must do so through the congress website, https://congresoingenieríahospitalaria.com/gijon2021/ in the abstract / award section, where you will find:

1. Access to the platform form for submitting abstracts
2. Instructions for the use of the platform and for submitting abstracts/awards
3. Regulations and template for submitting the abstract summary
4. Engineering in Action Awards
5. Application forms for the awards

Deadline for submitting the abstracts/awards:

30 July, 2021

Formats:

The format for submitting abstracts should be as follows:
It should contain a maximum of 300 words, not counting the title, authors and keywords. Tables, photographs and graphics will not be included in this counting.

You will have to fill in one application form for each project.

Select one of the 3 options when submitting your project:

1. MS Power point.
2. Speaking MS power point presentation:
   
   • Abstracts (maximum 10 minutes)
   • Awards (maximum 6 minutes)
3. Video:
   • Abstracts (maximum 10 minutes)
   • Awards (maximum 6 minutes)
